Community Systems, Inc. is a portfolio based service.  Our property managers are responsible for multiple properties.

Generally the portfolio properties assigned to a given manager are clustered within a neighborhood location.  We only manage communities in upper North West Washington. Our property managers are supported by a competent and pleasant back office staff.  On site staffing is generally supported by employees of the property or contractors.  We offer 24 hour 365 day emergency response.
